A fine quality mahogany Victorian Period open bookcase by Maple & Co. Having a rectangular solid top in figured mahogany with a thumb moulded edge, above eight shelves, six of which are adjustable. With mahogany pilaster divisions each having finely carved corbels and floral ormolu appliqués with solid figured mahogany sides and supported on a mahogany veneered plinth, bearing the Maple & Co label to the back. England circa 1880-1900

Dimensions: 54" wide x 13" deep x 61" high

Condition: This bookcase is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
