Description

A mid-size 9ct rose gold wrist watch, 1928.

The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 21mm wide excluding the winding crown and 30mm high excluding the lugs... it would suit a slimmer wrist The case is 9 carat rose gold and there are hallmarks on the back of the watch for London 1928. There are a few small “dings” to the back, and some unevenness to the side of the case, but overall not too bad at all for a 1920s piece.

The lens is in good condition.

The dial has a very small amount of marking but is very acceptable. The hands would originally have had infill but this appears to have been removed over the years.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
