Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
In figured rosewood which has mellowed and faded to a light honey colour, they have been recently reupholstered. Would make a superb pair of side chairs or bedroom chairs.

Good condition. Recently reupholstered – a small blemish and small marks to fabric. Solid and sturdy. The Rosewood has faded/sun bleached to a lighter colour. Marks and wear commensurate with age. Some small splits to the back splats.
