It has a raised back rail and with a moulded edge to the mahogany bow fronted top. It has a large squared drawer to each end with a central oval panel and with a single long drawer to the centre above shaped supports. All the drawers are mahogany lined and with brass handles. It stands on squared tapering legs on castors.
This is a superb quality antique edwardian mahogany writing desk and in very good condition with a lovely colour and deep original patination to the mahogany. And I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.
