Dating from the Regency Period, this late Georgian Overmantle is completely veneered in rosewood with half-circular column decoration to the top and sides each with gilt capitals.
The mirror glass is original, showing that it''s nicely aged and foxed. Could be used as a hall mirror or as an overmantle mirror above a fireplace.
The frame isn''t in perfect condition with marks and a few pieces of veneer missing. Please see photos.
