An early 'one-piece case' French carriage clock with a large glass escapement aperture. A timepiece mechanism with multi-dials showing days of the week in English and French and days of the month. An 8-day duration mechanism. Stamped to the base 'H.A. Brevete SGDG'. Circa 1850.
