Description

Superb antique regency mahogany chest of drawers c1800

This is a lovely antique regency mahogany chest of drawers and dating from aorund 1800. It has a moulded edge to the top above two short drawers over three long graduating drawers all of which are oak lined and with original ebony beautifully turned knob handles and with unusual ivory insets. It is moulded to the base and stands on bun feet joined by a shaped frieze.

A lovely example of an original quality mahogany regency chest

It is in very good condition and it oozes the charm and character of the georgian-regency period. It has a lovely deep colour and original patination to the mahogany and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: 41" high X 21" deep X 41" wide
