Description

For sale is a fine quality George III Mahogany Secretaire Bookcase, having two glazed doors, each with satinwood veneered eliptical glazing bars, opening to reveal three adjustable shelves. Below this, the secretaire drawer, having a fall front, opens to reveal a fully fitted interior, with a leather writing surface, pigeon holes and drawers, each with brass handles. Below this, there are a further three graduated drawers, over a shaped frieze and splayed feet. This piece is in very good, original condition, with minor wear commensurate with age and use.
