An Oak Elizabethan Style Four Poster Bed Made Circa 1900

Description

An oak Elizabethan Style four poster bed made circa 1900. Having a canopy panelled roof and carved head board with lozenge carved panels and a central carved rose. The foot board with Elizabethan style carved panels and baluster carved column supports, with solid oak side rails and slatted supports for the mattress. This bed was constructed circa 1900 incorporating earlier elements, some of the panels in the back appear to be 17th Century. English circa 1900

Dimensions: 94" long x 66" wide x 88" high (To suit 56" wide x 78" mattress)

Condition: This bed is in beautiful condition, cleaned and waxed

Splits into sections for transportation
