Description

Superb late 19th.c. cast iron hall stand c.1875. With eight hooks arranged around a small central mirror, over a stick or umbrella stand with two removable drip trays in the base. Beautifully cast to resemble bamboo and retaining the original, and very lifelike, paint finish. Maker unknown but with the number 55 cast into the rear, base and underside of the drip trays. Excellent condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
