Lovely Antique James 11 Country Oak Coffer C1680

Description

This is a lovely james 11 country oak coffer and dating from around 1680. It has a plank top above lunette frieze with three fielded panels. It has its original candle compartment inside and it is panelled to the sides with its original rough hewn panelled back. It stands on squared legs and is hand and peg joined.

A lovely coffer in original condition with a deep colour and patination to the oak and oozes the charm and character of the period in which it was made.

It measures: 25" hgih X 21" deep X 50" long
