Description

A rare Lemania military watch with 'Fat Arrow' British Military mark. The original dial and 'sword' hands with subsidiary seconds and an unrestored case. A calibre 27a gilt movement. The WWW (Waterproof Wrist Watch) number is L14787 and case ref 532634.

This watch has come from a private collection. The WWII era Lemania watches are one of the fabled 'Dirty Dozen' sought after military watches. The 'L' WWW reference dates it to 1953 and the 'Fat Arrow' mark makes this a rarer example.
