1920s Silver Herald Full Hunter Pocket Watch.

1900 - 1920
Description

The watch has a stem-winding movement, identified as being by Revue,which is working well. The movement is stamped Herald, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 52 mm diameter excluding the stem. The silver case has Birmingham hallmarks for 1921 with the case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marks from use and some mild bruising to the front and back covers but overall it is in nice condition for a 1921 piece.

The winding crown pushes in to release the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in nice condition.

The watch has a white enamel dial which is in nice condition.

The watch has gold hands the minute hand is later although antique.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
