Description

Pretty fine porcelain Royal Worcester cup and saucer painted delicately with Hadley style pink, yellow and white roses and their leaves. Both pieces have the green Royal Worcester mark and pattern W8011; the cup is dated for 1909 and the saucer for 1907 with the additional green H mark to designate a Hadley design.

The cup measures 7.8cm (3 1/16") rim to rim, 9.5cm (3 3/4") rim to handle and 5.3cm (2 1/16") high. The saucer is 11.8cm (4 5/8") wide and 2.3cm (15/16") high. Condition is very good with no damage or restoration. Light surface wear, some rubbing to the gilding on the rims.
