Description

Superb George III oak Cheshire farmhouse dresser base c.1800. An impressive example of the form, measuring over seven feet long. Lovely three plank top with a moulded edge and shaped corner detail. Over a two door cupboard and six large drawers. Cockbeaded drawer fronts with period replacement brass handles. Quarter column front corners which continue through the tall moulded plinth. Solid oak sides, drawer linings and back panels. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
