Antique Georgian Mahogany Display Cabinet Bookcase on Stand C1780

Description

This is a lovely antique george 111 mahogany display cabinet or bookcase and dating from around 1780. Constructed from solid quality mahogany it has a cornice top with dental moulding above a mahogany frieze with single astragal glazed door with brass handle and escutcheon with two internal fixed shelves. The separate stand has squared and tapering legs.

It is in very good condition with a lovely colour to the mahogany and deep patination.

Measures: 73" high X 16" deep X internal depth 13" X 35" wide
