Description

A Beautiful mahogany inlaid Edwardian Period bow front wellington chest. Having a solid figured mahogany top cross banded in satinwood and of bow front outline above the arrangement of ten graduating bow front drawers. The drawers veneered in book matched veneers running from top to bottom through the drawer fronts, also cross banded in satinwood. The drawers also have fine quality solid oak linings and brass swan neck handles. With the traditional "wellington" hinged locking pilaster having working lock and key. Having solid mahogany sides the whole supported on mahogany splayed feet. English circa 1900-1910
