Description

A good early Victorian fold over mahogany tea table set on attractive ring turned tapering legs, dating from the mid 19th century. It has a solid mahogany top which is hinged and folds over to rest on the back leg which swings out to act as a support. It displays very nicely as a side table and also looks good opened up into a larger table - measuring 91cm x 90cm when open.

It is in good original condition and is strong and sturdy. The top surface has faded slightly over the years but has a nice patina.There are normal signs of age and light wear and some minor marks and knocks but nothing detrimental and no major damages.

The table has been cleaned and given a light polish and is ready for use. The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask.
