Description

A 9ct gold Rotary Super-Sports wrist watch, 1957.

The watch has a hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Rotary wings logo.

The watch itself measures 28mm wide excluding the winding crown and 28mm high excluding the lugs so it is classed as a mid-size or unisex watch. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Edinburgh 1957. The front and sides of the case are in good condition. There is some unevenness to the back.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish and there is some freckling. Original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
