Set 4 Dutch Carved Elm Dining Chairs Circa 1780

Description

Fine quality set of 4 late 18th. century Dutch elm dining chairs with finely carved top rails and carved splats, standing on square tapered fluted legs with carved patera top tops and having fluted seat rails. All in fine un-touched original condition with no breaks or repairs. All are firm and ready to use. Wonderful pale honey colour with superb waxed patina.

Size; 38" high, 20" wide at front seat, 19" deep. Seat height 18"
