A 1920s Thomas Russell Full Hunter Pocket Watch.

Description

A 1920s Thomas Russell full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a 10-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The Swiss movement is signed Thomas Russell & Son , Liverpool. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is a glass lens which is in nice condition.

The signed white dial has a faint mark between the sub second dial and the centre although only visible with a jewellers loupe.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
