Victorian Inlaid Rosewood Centre Table

Description

A splendid inlaid rosewood centre, or occasional, table from the late Victorian period. Very well made in solid rosewood with attractive rosewood veneers onto a mahogany frame. Decorated throughout with inlaid stringing. The shaped top is further embellished with inlaid detailing in satinwood, boxwood and ivorine. Standing on out-swept legs which are united by under-stretchers and terminate in their original brass and ceramic castors. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent overall condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
