A Fine Quality Satinwood Edwardian Period Demi Lune Antique Display Cabinet

Description

A fine quality satinwood Edwardian Period demi lune antique display cabinet. The demi lune top having a sunburst satinwood inlaid panel with ebony and boxwood line inlaid detail, above an unusual marquetry and pen-work frieze depicting various topographic scenes with attendant cherubs. The central bow front door opening to reveal a watermark silk lined interior with ribbon and swag inlaid detail to the pilasters and similar inlaid detail to the bowed ends. Supported on square tapering supports with spade feet and a shaped apron. England circa 1900

Dimensions: 36" wide x 18" deep x 47" high

Condition: This cabinet is in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. re-lined in a quality water marked silk
