A fine quality Antique mahogany spider table possibly Gillows of Lancaster. the table has impressed G.L. marks in various places on the support struts. (as shown in the photographs). There are the initials A.M. which I believe to be that of the craftsman working for the firm at that time.The quality of this table is certainly identical to that of Gillows.The width of 70cm is that of the table fully open.
