M.A. HAMANN 1771. This is above two shelves with carved skirts and the dresser top is carved to each side and with pierced hearts. The base has a moulded edge to the top above two panelled doors each with a fielded panel and carved patera to the centre with later brass escutcheon and carved and shaped frieze to the base. Internally there is a central divide with a single shelf to one side and two original shelves to the other side. The whole being raised on stile feet. It is hand and peg joined and separates into two pieces for ease of transporting,
