Description

A 19th Century Bronze of Narcissus.

The youthful figure stands with his hair gathered in a vine leaf band and a goat skin sling over his left shoulder. He wears a pair of classical sandals. He is caught at the moment he catches his reflection in a lake. He stands on a circular double rimmed plinth, the edges decorated with rising leaves.

Height 11 inches, width 4 3/4 inches, depth 4 3/2 inches.
