Description

Pair of antique French marble top bedside cabinet in oak with walnut inset panels. They are in good original condition & date from around the 1890 period. The marble tops are in good condition & original to the cabinets. The brass handles look original too even though they are slightly different on each cabinet. These cabinets have reeded sides & the legs kick out slightly with original metal on the feet. They are very decorative cabinets & not a model I’ve come across before. They are also very functional, with drawers on top & single shelves in the cupboards. Actually, the more I look at them the more I see the Art Nouveaux influence. It’s definitely in the panels & on the feet.
