1920s Swiss Pocket Watch and Chain

Description

1920s Swiss pocket watch and chain.

The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-wound movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The watch has a good quality nickel case with screw-on bezel and back. There are general surface marks to the case just from use but overall the condition is very acceptable for a 1920s piece.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is in good condition, just a little nibbling to the very centre. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes with a single chain, 24cm long.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
