Pretty and Unusual Single Brass and Iron Bed

Description

Pretty and unusual brass and iron bed with pleasing cast details. The bed has been restored with frame joints checked for good fit and whole bed shot blasted prior to hand finish in Little Greene Paint co jet black with gilded highlights on cast details and waxed to fix. Antiqued brass. Original castors. (can be removed if preferred.) Suitable for standard single mattress 90cm x 190cm.

Max head board height 122.5cm

Max foot board height 89cm

Height to top of side rails 40cm

Overall length 202cm

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £150-£525. Please ask for details or look at mattress section of our own web site.

We can arrange national and international delivery with reliable couriers. Please send postcode/address for quotation.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

Workshop/store open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Saturday 10am-4pm

Sundays by appointment.
