The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The lion measures 2 3/4" (7cm) high and the base is 4 1/4" (10.5cm) by 3" (7.5cm) wide. The lioness is 2 1/2" (6.5cm) high with a similar sized base. Condition is very good with no damage or restoration to the female. The male has a branched impact hairline running under the base, and part way up with his body.
Again no restoration I can detect. Surface wear is very light; slight rubbing to the black enamel on their noses and the claws on the lioness' front feet.
