Original Painted French Day Bed

Description

Original naturally aged paint French day bed. Original paint has been cleaned and waxed to secure. Turned fluted columns with foliate carvings. Joints and bolts checked for good fit and rigidity. Suitable for 2'9" x 6'3"/85cm x 190 cm mattress size. Supplied with wood slat base. Current used mattress can be supplied FOC with the bed or we can supply new hand made mattresses at this size in all comfort choices. Please contact us for details.

We can arrange national and international delivery with reliable couriers. Please send postcode/address for quotation.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

Workshop/store open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Saturday 10am-4pm

Sundays by appointment.
