Description

A 1920s Period lacquered & painted Oriental coffee table. The rectangular top with raised lacquer detail depicting fish swimming amongst reeds with floral detail on a gold lacquer panel within a cream painted surround, which is signed to the corner. Supported on square supports with gilded detail and typical Oriental pierced spandrels. English in the Japanese taste. Circa 1920

Dimensions: 44" wide x 24" deep x 16" high

Condition: This table is in beautiful condition, some rubbing to the gilt and loss of paint giving it a nice country house look.
