An excellent 19th Century French 12 seater fruitwood dining table with a decorative frieze and raised on shaped legs. The planked top with cleated ends has the wonderful mellow, golden tone that can only be acquired over many years. This antique dining table has pull out extensions to both ends to comfortably accommodate 12 people, perfect for a big family celebration! The condition of the table is very good, it stands firmly and is very solid. There has been a historic repair to a small area of the plank top, this is minor and merely adds to the character. There is wear to one leg, again minor and adding to the rustic charm of the table. Both are clearly shown in the photographs.

This superb French dining table would be a wonderful addition to any kitchen or dining room.
