A Gorgeous Pair of Spirit Decanters with Enamelled Decoration

Description

This gorgeous pair of glass spirit decanters have rectangular clear glass bodies, with colourful enamelled floral decoration to the shoulders. The neck and rim have repeating gilded bands to both. The gilding and the enamel decoration is delightfully repeated to the original mushroom stoppers. Unusually both decanters feature a pouring lip to the rim. A lovely pair, both decorative and practical. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no cracks, chips or clouding to the glass. No damage to the enamel paint and minimal wear to the gilding. There are a couple of small chips to the stoppers, as can be seen in the photographs and are commensurate with age and use.
