A fine and large Chinese carved ivory card case and cover, Canton, c. 1820. The shaped case, finely and deeply carved to one side with a profusion of flowering plants upon a key fret ground. Having numerous figures amongst pavilions and trees atoind an oval panel, to the reverse.

Height - 11.5 cm, 4 1/2”.

Width - 7.6 cm, 3”.

Depth - 2 cm, 3/4”.

Condition - Perfect.
