Description

A superb large 19th.Century honey coloured oak partners desk of the desirable round cornered design. The top having a cross banded and thumb moulded edge with re-placed hand dyed black leather writing surface and pull out slide for extra working area. To one side are 9 graduated drawers each with applied mouldings and turned oak pulls.The reverse having 3 conforming top drawers with a cupboard to each pedestal. The ends have attractive paneling and applied mouldings. The whole raised on plinth bases with hidden casters. This desk was made in three sections, top and 2 pedestals but there are no keys for the locks. Dimensions:- Height… 30.5’’/ 77cm. Width… 72’’/ 183cm. Depth… 47’’/ 121cm.
