Lovely quality antique edwardian queen anne burr walnut double bedstead c1900

This is a lovely quality edwardian burr walnut double bedstead in the queen anne style and dating from aorund 1900. It has a serpentine shaped headboard with quartered burr walnut and with a moulded edge. The footboard has lovely cabriole corner posts with a shaped and carved panel on cabriole legs with a pad foot. It has its original scre in side irons.

It is in very good condition with a deep colour and original patination to the walnut and oozes the charm and character of the period and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: height to headboard 54" X height to footboard 28" X 82" long X 54" wide

Takes a standard double mattress
