Ariadne, with her hair gathered in a vine leaf band, sits, hold her drapery on a panther. The bronze with a marble plinth, standing on four gilt bronze scrolled paw feet.
After the original by Johann Heinrich von Dannecker, now in the Liebieghaus Collection, Frankfurt.
Date c 1850.
Height 19 inches, width 13 1/2 inches, depth 7 1/2 inches.
