Georgian Mahogany Side Table with Drawer

19th century
Description

An attractive Georgian mahogany side table with single drawer on classic tapering legs, dating from around 1800. It has a solid mahogany top, slightly overhanging the frame with a frieze drawer below with brass plate handles, believed to be original.

It is in good original condition with a beautiful rich patina. It is strong and sturdy and the drawer runs well. There are normal signs of age and use and a small split in the drawer base but it is a good honest little table. There are no signs of worm and it displays very nicely.

The table has been cleaned and given a light polish and is ready for use. The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask.
