Continental Ice Jug Glass and Silver Plated, Circa 1900

Description

A grand Continental glass ice jug with with silver plated handle and flip-up lid, cut decoration to main body and star cut base. There is a removable tube which holds crushed ice to keep any liquid cool which fits in just beneath the lid. Circa 1900.

Diameter across base: 6" (approx 15cm)

In good condition - there are no chips or cracks to glass but some slight wear to the silver plate on the handle through use.
