A large Chinese porcelain ginger jar and cover, c. 1880. Guangxu Period. The globular body, hand painted, with prunus blossom on an underglaze blue ground, containing panels of vases and bowls upon tables, within shaped panels. The cover similarly decorated.

Height - 25.5 cm, 10”.

Diameter -23.5 cm, 9 2/8”.

Condition - Perfect. No damage. No restoration.
