Description

A lovely small mahogany table on elegant tapering turned legs with a single drawer and the original turned bone handle, dating from the mid to late 19th Century. It has a lower shelf but not extending the full depth of the table. This makes it a very versatile table as it leaves ample room to sit at - perfect for a small writing desk or dressing table or excellent as a hall table with room for plenty of shoes tucked underneath.

It is in good original condition and is strong and sturdy. It has been well used and has developed a charming worn patina with lots of marks and scratches on the top but nothing detrimental. The drawer opens well and is clean and tidy.
