The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 292, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 27,828,079 dates it back to 1925. It is all protected by an inner hinged cover (there is some scratching to this inner cover).

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is rolled gold. There is the odd minor mark and a fairly gentle indentation to the front cover. The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover.

Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.
Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a single chain, 25cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
