Antique French Silver and Ebonised Gilded Mirror C1890

Description

This is a dramatic large French Gilded Mirror made in C1890.

It has its original bevelled glass and the crest features Theban or greek sphinx with a lions head in the central position. The sides are decorated with silver gilded scrolls, berries and foilage. It is in good condition for its age with a few signs of minor wear.
