The vinaigrette is gilded to the interior and has a charming pierced, hinged grille. Hallmarked for 1838, one year after Queen Victoria succeeded to the throne, it unusually features the duty mark of King William IV in place of her own duty mark. A wonderful collector's piece. Dimensions below.
