Pair of Victorian Antique Silver Posy Vases 1898

Description

This pair of SOLID SILVER POSY VASES was made in 1898 by Henry Matthews.

Standing on raised embossed base and knobbed stem, each vase has a segmented design with embossed Fleur de Lys design to the sides leading to beautifully shaped top rim.

In very good condition despite being almost 120 years old, these fabulous vases would make a stunning gift and would superb in any setting.

There is no damage and no repairs.

There are no dinks or dents but there is some pitting to the inside of the rim of both vases.
