Gorgeous Antique William 1v Mahogany Serpentine Cabinet Linen Press C1820

Description

This is a gorgeous antique william 1v mahogany serpentine cabinet / press and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded edge to the serpentine top with shaped and carved corbal support to each end and with a long frieze drawer which has a beautifully carved key escutcheon. This is above two long doors with moulded arched panels carved to the top with laurel carving to each side and with mahogany lock escutcheon. It is moulded to the base with carved corbal to each side extending to a turned leg. Internally there are three shelves.

This lovely cabinet is in very good condition with a lovely rich colour and patination to the mahogany.

Measures: 55" high X 17" deep X internal depth 12" X 39" wide
