Antique Late Victorian Oak Twin Pedastal Desk C1890

Description

This is a very nice antique late victorian twin pedastal desk and dating from aorund 1890. Constructed from solid oak it has its original brown leather writing surface with embossed edge which is in good condition but with some usage marks but nothing that detracts. This is set within a moulded edge and above three long drawers. To each pedastal there are three drawers all of which are beech lined and with original brass handles and it stands on a plinth base on castors. The back and sides are nicely polished so can be situated anywhere in a room.

It is in very good condition with a lovely nut brown colour to the quality oak and with a deep patination.

Measures: 30" high X knee height 23" X 28" deep X 54" wide
