Description

C19th set of mahogany library steps of small proportions; the raised shaped handle/hand rail with heart shaped pierced hand grip, terminating with a cross stretcher to the back. The top tread with a moulded edge, and a concave front to allow for your legs when stood on the bow fronted lower step. Raised on shaped end supports. Very sturdy and suitable for regular use. Good rich colour and patination.

English circa 1830
