We have no idea who this artist is but is a highly proficient Impressionist painter from the late 19th century. This painting we feel is a very highly regarded impressionist artist. More research required.
Condition; Very good. one very small very old repair lower right ( in the sea are ) only noticeable from behind.
This is one of our personal favourite paintings at present.
Size; 17.5? x 28? plus frame.
